On June 21, 2020, the first ever World Localization Day took place. It was hosted online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. World Localization Day celebrates the emerging worldwide localization movement that aims to rebuild healthy communities and human-scale ecological economies. The goal? To inspire lasting structural change for the wellbeing of people and planet.
